Minesh Maniar

A senior digital transformation and operations leader with 25+ years of experience in higher education, working closely with institutional leadership to modernize admissions, enrollment, examinations, IT infrastructure, and governance frameworks. Since 2013, I have led institution-wide transformation initiatives at a large autonomous college—driving the shift from manual, fragmented processes to integrated, ERP-driven systems. These efforts enabled the institution to scale new highs in terms of student numbers, significantly improve process accuracy, strengthen financial outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making at the management level. I have extensive experience collaborating directly with college management, statutory bodies, and accreditation agencies, including NAAC peer teams (two accreditation cycles), Calcutta University, and AICTE. My role has involved aligning institutional strategy with regulatory requirements while ensuring operational efficiency and stakeholder adoption. My leadership approach combines process rigor, technology enablement, and people alignment, ensuring that digital transformation delivers sustainable institutional value rather than short-term fixes. I currently lead a multidisciplinary team and work across departments to translate strategic intent into executable systems and processes. As an ISB-Certified Chief Digital Officer, I bring a governance-first, outcome-oriented perspective to institutional transformation. I am keen to contribute at a leadership level, partnering with institutions and education organizations seeking to strengthen scale, compliance, digital maturity, and long-term operational excellence.
