• Process purchase requisition including understanding the requirements to purchase of goods or services. • Identify potential vendors to obtain quotation. • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends to ensure the purchase is best value for the company. • Manage the procurement process, issue purchase order, track delivery status to ensure timely delivery. • Implement cost savings to reduce procurement cost.

• Provide general administrative support. • Check supplier invoice and create invoice listing. • Liaise with suppliers for quotation, pricing, purchase order and other related matters. • Maintain office supply inventories. • Ensure the office equipment to be check regularly for maintenance.

• Process end user and return to supplier (RTS) return request. • Investigate return request from service center. • Perform outgoing calls and propose product return to customer. • Coordinate with 3PL regarding unit delivery and collection of respective service center. • Daily monitoring on delivery and collection status for end user return request. • Raise payment for end user return request. • Compile master report on end user and RTS request.
