Mindy Mahaney

As Chief Risk Officer for BOK Financial, I manage enterprise-wide risk, ensuring that the company complies with government regulations. I lead a team of over 180 people. My team are industry professionals specializing in information security, fraud detection, operational risk, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that BOK Financial advisors and our company collateral adhere to FINRA and SEC regulations. After graduating from OSU with a degree in Accounting & Agriculture Economics, I worked in various financial institutions before joining BOK Financial in 2008. During my time here, I have served as chief operating and administration officer in wealth management and as the business group controller in consumer banking. I am passionate about my community and ensuring that people achieve their full potential. I serve on the board of the Financial Safety Center in Tulsa, Leadership Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
