I help divorced and divorcing women rebuild their confidence, self-trust, and identity after divorce. I’m a Certified Divorce Recovery Coach, and founder of Mindfully Ready. I’m also the co-founder of The Next Chapter, where I helped build and scale a national coaching community for divorced moms. After navigating my own divorces, I saw how many women are left trying to hold everything together—emotionally, mentally, and logistically—without the tools to actually move forward. Most are told to “be strong.”Very few are shown how. That’s where my work comes in.
