Mina Delikuş

Driven Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in foundry operations, R&D, and production environments. My professional background includes active involvement in casting processes, material behavior analysis, and design applications, with a strong focus on manufacturability and process improvement. Currently working as an Assistant R&D Specialist at TMS Foundry, I contribute to the design and development of cast parts using SolidWorks, support model shop processes, and ensure mold–production compatibility while prioritizing quality and efficiency. Through previous experience in foundry, extrusion production lines, and R&D environments, I have developed a solid understanding of production optimization, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance practices. I am skilled in CAD design, 2D/3D modeling, and engineering analysis, fluent in English, and currently improving my German. I am highly motivated to grow in manufacturing, design, and R&D engineering, and to contribute to impactful engineering solutions in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
