1. Ensure new product/process/material are meeting requirement, stable and well integrated into manufacturing line with all quality and reliability issue accessed and addressed, prior to product release and mass production. 2. Govern and contribute to new product quality and reliability processes. 3. Responsible for new product reliability qualification, evaluation, robustness (including material, design, process robustness and interaction study). 4. Make sound decision & risk estimation from reliability evaluation. 5. Analyse & interpret FA observation report (provided by FA team), correlate to hypothesis and contribute to root cause identification. Setup Outgoing Quality (OQA) Buyoff and drive team to resolve defective parts detected at OQA. 6. Conduct internal line audit for all new processes and assembly line setup according to VDA 6.3. Assess process, technology and system readiness prior handshake with production team. 7. Review and govern quality detection firewall to prevent escapee to customer (Failure Catalogue, Control Plan, OCAP, Work Instruction and Buildsheet). Support new product customer audit preparation, customer audit in manufacturing line and audit findings closure.

1. Work as process engineer in production line. 2. Support senior process engineer and team lead at front and back end process. 3. Investigate faulty issue of assembly processes and propose a corrective action. 4. Conduct material testing and efficiency testing of cell.
