1) Take charge of purchasing function indirect scope (service related such as topline/logistic/professional service) 2) Support X-BU projects to enhance overal performance 3) Build up source to pay process and develop innovative suppliers

1) Drive Supply chain & purchasing performance via building solid Global planning system process and develop scorecard to track the performance. 2) Lead a portfolio of projects of operation while working closing with global/regional/local teams 3) Design SC& SSD new system roadmap and support implementation.

1) Lead operation committee meetings to review all projects in priority and coordinate them representing Supply chain/factory/Purchasing with other departments such as R&D, sales, marketing, finance, Trade marketing. 2) Play supply chain leader role in joint venture while monitoring whole SOP process with different stakeholders (Mengniu and Danone parts)

1)Drive BU supply chain & operation strategy; take charge of total supply chain which covers planning and logistic, while working closely with sales/marketing/regional supply chain team. 2)Plan, execute Supply chain business plan via SOP and deliver high performance continuously (over 85% forecast accuracy and 99.5% fulfillment rate for logistic service) to ensure business growth.

Manage from Sourcing to supply chain(from factory supply chain to country supply chain), deal with and dig in different markets and different products ( luxury cosmetic product, hair product, accessible cosmetic product) , to ensure the continuous improvement on different parts of supply chain.
