project : OCP, Owner Direct Investment (ODI) Projects- Jorf Lasfar- Morocco This Major Project consisted of Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) for 2.5 billion each (P1/P2/P3/P5), Consisting of a “Sulfuric Acid Plant” SAP (supplied by MECS), “Phosphoric Acid Plant” PAP, “Diammonium Phosphate” DAP, Fertilizer Production Line, Steam Turbine Generator units and an Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) such as Reverse Osmosis Water Production & Treatment, Fire Water Network, Air Plant, SWLP,……. Raw & Final Product Conditioning & Storage Area. Duties: • Following up the Pre-commissioning (hydrotest, hot oil flushing, chemical cleaning, alignment….) and Commissioning ( Nitrogen leak test, hot alignment…) activities related to • Piping and Mechanical equipment’s (Steam Turbine Generators, Compressors, Pumps, Elevators, Tanks, Vessels, Filters, Convoyors, Packages, etc.) and their ancillaries, • Mechanical QA/QC Team Management for the follow up of the Punch list Record & Clearance, • Preparing and Updating “Mechanical Completion Certificate” by Sub system, • Planning, Coordinating and Supervising Maintenance and Preservation activities with technical assistance during and after warranty period, • Preparation of Method Statements, Inspections Plan, Test & Check Sheet and • Operation Test Procedures related to the System/Sub system Commissioning & Start up sequences,

Duties: • Follow up the EPC Construction activities. • Management of Worksite, Workshop and the Production Team, • Ensure the hierarchical correct supervision. • Monitor all Project Progress /Critical Mille stones. • Develop, Train and Improve the Technical Team Skills.

Project : Project MEA / DAOUI (OCP Khouribga)- Morocco. Duties: • Supervise Precom & Commissioning activities and Assembly Operation • Coordinate between OCP Jacobs /SNC Lavalin and Subcontractors • Analyze and Resolve all the technical issues during Construction Phase, • Control Quality provided by the Subcontractors by reviewing and follow up • Design specs in order to ensure the respect of the safety rules on the site. • Preparation /Reviewing of the Mechanical Completion by Subsystem before the handover to Commissioning Department.
