Reporting to the GTME Customer Marketing Director and HR Director, the role started as part of a 6 month project to develop a new HR strategy for brand ambassadors through HR business partnering with the local commercial teams in the 4 different regions and has then been made a permanent role following the achievement of the strategically defined outcomes including: • A new capability framework in place with clearly defined Brand Ambassador capabilities • New guidelines to measure Brand Ambassadors’ performance and agree on development plans accordingly • A comprehensive review of the organizational structure and models of employment to ensure compliance with local legislation • A step change in the training programs and education of the Brand Ambassadors, which lead to the creation of a sales tool for Diageo luxury brands.
