As a (Senior) Environmental Infrastructure Expert in the Project Advisory Support Unit of EIB I am in charge of the origination, planning, implementation and monitoring of Project Advisory Support Service Agreements (PASSA) in environmental infrastructure sectors (mainly water/wastewater and solid waste)

Responsible for leading the Service Line’s activities in Continental Europe aligned to the Global Service Line strategic plan delivered through the regional network. This includes development and implementation of the Service Line’s strategy for Continental Europe sub-region as well as full P&L responsibility including Order Intake Targets, Service line project profitability and DSO.

Management of “Egis Bulgaria” EAD - 100% Bulgarian subsidiary of Egis Group, with Licence for Supervision of Construction Works. Management of the company, business development, administrative, HR and financial organisation and development.

Operational Management of the International Urban Water Department of “Egis Eau”. Managing 20 permanent employees, approx 10 MEUR annual turnover. Establishment and management of “Egis Bulgaria” EAD - 100% Bulgarian subsidiary of Egis Group, itself a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts) – with personnel of 35 permanent employees, 52 short term experts under the Licence for Supervision of Construction Works and turnover as at FY 2012 of approximately 1,000,000EUR. Management of the company, business development, administrative, HR and financial organisation and development.

Overall project management and co-ordination, liaising with local and international partners, as well as with Contracting Authorities and financial institutions, negotiations and contracting of projects, mobilization of international and local experts, tasks distribution among experts and monitoring of the overall implementation process. Also providing expertise as Financial Expert and Economist, including the overall financial control of on-going projects, as well as elaboration of business plans, financial studies, economic assessment of projects (Cost –Benefit Analyses) and others.
