Analyze customer gait cycle and foot measurements for shoes and orthotics with more of a performance focus for runners, while still helping all customers find something comfortable and relieve pain regardless of fitness level - meaning runners, walkers, or people who work on their feet all day. Communicate with all of our 6 Columbus locations and local drivers for daily transfers and other logistical complications to ensure transfers and home deliveries are as efficient as possible while learning how to use a new software for Point of Sale transactions.

I work with our marketing and outreach team to plan and execute events for the largest marathon training group in the country, students grades K-12 around Columbus, races with thousands of attendees, and partnerships with several companies where we keep our advertising focuses on expansion and connection to help more people live a healthier life. These events involve fitting people for shoes and orthotics outside of the store environment, setting up event spaces and pop-up stores, and public advertisement for the company and a healthy lifestyle.

I take on customers that were either sent over by their doctor or are looking to prevent or cure their pain, and analyze various metrics through a 3D scanning and pressure distribution machine. We take measurements down to the millimeter and fit customers for the right shape shoes that provide certain technologies along with OTC or Custom orthotics and other gear to help them live life pain-free. Another part of my role is tracking and helping out with logistics both locally and nationwide through our website when it comes to shipping out products direct to consumer.
