Founder & Master Distiller at the family-owned Brigljević Distillery in Croatia. Devoted to discovering new aromas through an artisanal approach to distillation and barrel aging. I have founded Brigljević Distillery in 2002. In over 20 years of work, I've developed a unique selection of rare spirits that pay homage to our tradition, but also bring forth an entirely new aromatic dimension. We work with local fruit growers, winemakers and brewers to source best-quality material. We enable completely natural fermentation and distill in traditional copper stills to create vibrant and authentic distillates. They are then developed into rich, full-bodied spirits through aging in carefully selected casks. The result is an exciting array of Single and Double Cask editions whose every sip is awe-inspiring.
