- Lead full-cycle recruiting from job launch to candidate close for PeoplePath's recruiting force - Understand talent requirements, build recruitment strategy, and deliver top talent across multiple hiring groups. Interface with staffing department to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely fashion. - Creatively source, engage, and evaluate top-tier talent, building diverse pipelines - Work on a variety of recruiter roles across technical functions, locations, and levels - Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes - Deliver a data-driven strategy providing insights into the candidate pipeline - Promote and drive D&I focused recruiting practices and methodologies - Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profiles - Identify high-quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, talent mapping, networking & other innovative sourcing techniques - Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management - Manage the candidate experience through efficient process management and supporting interview scheduling Clients -IQTP -HealthStream -Southwire -SoloLearn -DoorDash -Checkout USA
