In my role as a Growth Intern, I create and publish short-form content on TikTok and Instagram to help drive awareness and user growth among student audiences. I experiment with different content formats, hooks, and trends to identify what resonates most and improves reach and engagement. I use performance insights to iterate on content and support Intern Insider’s growth by clearly communicating the platform’s value through high-quality, platform-specific videos.

Instructed participants of all ages in sailing and canoeing techniques. Emphasized safety, teamwork, and skill development on and off the water. Planned and collaborated with other instructors to lead lessons tailored to varying skill levels, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable learning experience for all participants. Monitored and maintained equipment while enforcing water safety protocols.

Provided personalized service to customers with specialized footwear needs, ensuring every recommendation aligned with their comfort, performance, and lifestyle goals. I leveraged in-depth product knowledge and my own experience in sports and movement to deliver tailored solutions and close sales. Working in a dynamic, competitive retail environment, I consistently met sales targets while building lasting customer relationships through trust and expertise.

Designed and adapted swim lessons to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent children, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
