With nearly 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve had the privilege of working at some of New York City’s most renowned fine dining establishments and have now transitioned to overseeing the beverage program for Design Cuisine, a leading events company in the DMV area with over 40 years of excellence in catering services. My career has allowed me to cultivate a deep expertise in wine service, beverage program management, and customer engagement. I’ve had the opportunity to develop curated wine lists, manage beverage operations, and lead staff training to enhance the guest experience at top-tier restaurants such as: PUBLIC Restaurant (Nolita) – Led the beverage program, developed wine pairings, and provided exceptional service in a high-energy environment. Iris (Midtown) – Contributed to the successful opening of this restaurant, including establishing the wine list and designing the beverage menu. Currently, I bring my knowledge and passion for wine and spirits to Design Cuisine, where I oversee a dynamic and versatile beverage program that supports an array of high-profile events across the DMV area. My focus remains on providing tailored beverage experiences that elevate every occasion, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
