As a Loan Officer Assistant at First Equity Mortgage, I support the lending team by helping guide clients through each step of the mortgage process and ensuring they receive fast, clear, and reliable communication from start to finish. My role focuses heavily on customer service, problem solving, and maintaining a client first approach in every interaction. I assist with organizing loan files, gathering documentation, and helping keep each file moving smoothly and efficiently. I work closely with our loan officers every day, sitting in on client meetings, learning the full lending process firsthand, and gaining the knowledge needed to transition into a Loan Officer role. As a security officer, I provided event security for major venues throughout the Twin Cities, including US Bank Stadium, Target Center, Allianz Field, TCO Performance Center, Mall of America, the University of Minnesota, and more.
