Hello, I'm Milan Harris, but you might know me as Milan Rouge. As the Founder, CEO, and Owner of the premium fashion brand Milano Di Rouge, I've embarked on a journey that's seen me wear many hats—serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, author, and philanthropist. A West Philly native, I've tirelessly worked to create my legacy and build the 8-figure Milano Di Rouge empire. It all started with just two shirts, a whole lot of confidence, and my trusty 2009 Altima Coupe, which I used to drive around Philadelphia, selling shirts out of my trunk. I'm proud to say that I've self-funded this company from the ground up, putting in endless hours to elevate the brand. Today, Milano Di Rouge stands as an all-size-inclusive multi-million-dollar fashion brand, truly one of a kind, and it's an honor to mention that we've been featured on the Inc. 5000 list for 2023. My journey began with more courage than experience, and I caught the attention of my peers with my motivational words on my blog, milanrouge.com, back in 2012. In just three months, I had over 100,000 readers, and I seized the opportunity to launch Milano Di Rouge, a brand that embodies the spirit of "Making Dreams Reality." Over the years, I've demonstrated that big things can indeed start small. Beyond fashion, I've founded The Womanaire Club and The Mamanaire Club, dedicated to providing resources to boss women and boss moms like me, helping them continue to rise. I'm honored to have received a Community and Civic Engagement Award from the NAACP for the work I do to uplift my community. As a co-author of "Because of Them: Czar’s Story of Black Inventors and Their Inventions," I'm passionate about educating parents and kids about the inventors behind the essentials we can't live without today. And when I'm not conquering the world of fashion and entrepreneurship, you can find me co-founding College Boy Cheesesteaks, bringing the authentic Philadelphia cheesesteak experience to Los Angeles.
