-Worked on defining branding & visual identity by conducting workshop, user interview, market research and creating a perception flow model for IT company in Tokyo. -Conducted BPR feasibility study for a government agency by interviewing staff to identify issues in document management and enforcement operations, organizing internal communication challenges, testing barcode-based management for over 5,000 documents, and implementing a generative AI chatbot using structured FAQs to support staff efficiency.

-Worked for an automotive OEM to define strategies for the global market of connected cars and considering impacts such as the diverse legal and securities restrictions working across multiple countries. -Designed To-Be concepts and processes to create high recognition for refugees in Japan. -Coordinated transition initiative to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through strategic implementation and promotion of Automotive client’s digital hub in India. -Created SAP After-Sales business template and prototype with global clients and team members, to support high efficiency and quality system implementation.

-Took a leave from work to enroll in Politechnico di Milano Italy for master degree to learn about Design Thinking and Strategic Innovation methodology etc.

-Assigned to Global Systems Marketing Performance Division -Reached out to Japanese Universities to promote Mainframe among college students -Researched, wrote and uploaded content on IBM Research Experience Day for IBM Q, IBM Smallest Computer, IBM Block chain, and IBM AI

-Earned 1st place (Tokyo) 2nd place (Japan) for speech contest by GWA and invited to Malaysia for research trip -Visited two International schools, wrote articles for local newspaper in Malaysia, and interviewed entrepreneurs, in Malaysia and Singapore.

-IDYL Program is designed by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the U.S. Department of State in order to cultivate future leaders of the U.S.-Japan relationship -Worked on the selection process for the Toshizo Watanabe Endowed Scholarship Fund -Assisted in expanding the outreach of the US-Japan Council scholarship program across the US and Japan -Spearheaded onboarding programs for Japanese students going to the US with the Japanese Embassy in Washington DC

-Conducted market research through surveys and marketing targeting a wide demographic, speaking with customers from around the world. -Conducted market research for business expansion into Tokyo with local startups.

System × Design “System design and management" is an academic and professional discipline for the creative design and reliable management of all systems that are large, complex. As a SDM master student, I work on my thesis (Design a method to solve social issues by using Japanese products & services) and attending several Design projects to create strategies/solutions for partner companies.
