Until today I am working as a bartender at Cafe Incognito Budapest. It is a restaurant in the central of Budapest with a Hungarian and International cuisine. I’m working here since the opening, and during these years we were created one of the most popular place in the area. Between the service, I participate in the bar management. I prepare the inventory management, create the drink sheet and train the staff for the new beverages.

I was spend more than 5 years as a Bartender at Moulin Rouge Budapest. It’s was a first class clubhouse and an event hall. Unfortunately it was closed in 2015. In these years I was learned many things about the Hospitality, including bartending, first class services, inventory management etc. The management was expected from us to make our job perfectly, so we had to participated in many trainings. I had got a great experience until these years.

I was started my hospitality career in here. It was a seasonal job during the summer weekend in an Inn next to the lake of Balaton.
