Miklos Klenanc

I am an attorney-at-law fluent in Hungarian, English, Serbian and Croatian. I am focusing particularly on the following, using a wide range of legal tech solutions in my daily work: - dispute prevention and resolution, including non-conventional legal remedies (requests for preliminary ruling of the CJEU, constitutional complaints, ECHR applications, etc.) and ADR; - liability issues, including (a) liability of executive officers, employees in managerial position, supervisory board and audit committee members, (b) breach of contract and damages, (c) unlawful actions and omission in the course of an employment relationship, (d) criminal law related aspects; - issues related to AI; - M&A, corporate structuring and restructuring, company simplifications; - corporate law, corporate governance, corporate compliance and reversed compliance (limitation of liability, internal regulations). After obtaining my JD law degree from University of Szeged I have received an LL.M. in comparative constitutional law with EU specialisation from Central European University. Currently I am preparing my doctoral dissertation. Between 2017 and 2020 I was the Hungarian national representative of AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers and between 2019 and 2024 the president of the Youth Committee of the Hungarian Law Society. Since 2019 I am listed mediator of the Bar for client-attorney disputes.
