Selling to the Five Cities Area with residential and commercial flooring needs I was a top salesman able to work tight with a team during a time of growth. I was able to get the team fitted and trained with software to help close deals faster and with more efficiency and accuracy. As well as put in to place other best practices to help with sales, the showroom, office and warehouse. I enjoyed my time working at Cal Coast Carpet (Family Owned).

As the Sacramento Account Executive I worked close with existing and new clients, designers, sales support and field supervisors to complete quality on time projects. I am familiar with all aspects of the flooring and tile business and can help others problem solve at all levels.

Builder, Retail and Commercial Flooring, Tile, Granite and Window Coverings I worked for the Simas Family since 1986.

We bid, contracted, ordered and installed over 1000 new homes of tile per year with quality and on time installation.

I was general manager of our stockton location and was responsible for the design center, project management and warehouse and over saw designers, pricing, office staff (scheduling and ordering) and labor staff. In the time I was there we grew by nearly 10x in overall revenue and profits.

Supervised labor quality and production and worked with builders and home owners to exceed expectation and finish quality jobs on time. Purchased sundries and managed inventory.

As a third generation flooring installer I was an award winning installer able to work on many custom projects. I worked with hardwood, coved sheet vinyl, laminate and carpet. I enjoyed the challenge of problem solving difficult custom projects. In 1991 winning 1st place for top union flooring installer in the Nation.
