Mike is a versitle, hands-on, senior level Java application developer, a dedicated worker bee, and an open source enthusiast with experience in many of the popular open source technologies, such as Spring, JBoss, Tomcat, Jetty, Struts, Hibernate, Maven, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Jasper Reports, and Eclipse. He has developed many RESTful APIs over the years for many clients. Recently, JavaScript has re-emerged in his work assignments, so he is getting comfortable with AngularJS, Karma, and Protractor. His 20+ year career as a software developer spans many industries: defense, semiconductors, medical, financial, and telecommunications. He has always been a “GUI Guy” but embraces back-end solutions too. Mike has an established track record of working remotely since 2008. He is strictly available for corp-to-corp consulting. Specialties: GUI implementations, web services, billing systems, administration websites, mass update tools, credit card processing, and credit report analysis. Mike was a member of the board of Denver Open Source Users Group (DOSUG) from 2006 through 2021 and Co-President of DOSUG from 2015 through 2021.
