While change management and enablement are at the forefront of my leadership style, I also provide the hands-on support they need to confidently adapt to these new tools. When I am not at work, I like to catch up on the latest TV shows. I am an action movie fan too. Let’s just say that in my downtime, I like to watch someone else do the hard work!
