In my role, I focused mostly on retained search for VP level and above in the product management domain for internet/software startups.

Hired by co-founders to run sales and customer success and build out the team and develop processes to scale and drive company revenues by 2-3x in the first year. Served as a junior officer on board the fast-attack submarine, Honolulu (SSN-718), where I was responsible for becoming proficient at multiple watch stations and qualified as Nuclear Propulsion Plant Supervisor or Engineering Officer of Watch (EOOW) and Officer of the Deck (OOD). I also was assigned duties as the division officer of three different divisions during my 34 month tour as well as coordinating all the Quality Assurance maintenance and records as the Ship's Quality Assurance Officer from March 2005 until Jan 2006. While onboard I also qualified as a Nuclear Engineer by completing the Navy's rigorous prospective nuclear engineer course (PNEO). After leaving the USS Honolulu, I was stationed at the Commander of Submarines Pacific Fleet headquarters where I ran a team composed of a radio and operations section to manage the waterspace for all the submarines in the pacific theatre. I served in this role for two years and received an honorable discharge from the US Navy in December 2007.
