I had two tenures with Regina Miracle across China and Vietnam, leveraging my experience in order management and contributing to operations management for global sports brands, including adidas, Puma, Under Armour, Brooks, and Anta. First Tenure | Dec 2016 – Aug 2023    •   Started at Regina Miracle China, responsible for order management for adidas (“planning” in adidas terminology) in Dec 2016    •   Relocated to Vietnam in Apr 2017 to lead an order management team, overseeing multi-brand production and cross-functional operations    •   Contributed to scaling adidas production in Vietnam from 200K to 7.6M pieces annually (38x growth), driving rapid business expansion    •   Led a high-performing team across multiple brands and product segments    •   Drove operational excellence initiatives, including process streamlining, system optimization, and cross-functional alignment    •   Contributed to establishing SOPs for color discrepancy handling and color migration prevention in silk screen printing    •   Strengthened planning–materials–quality coordination and resolved high-impact production and operational issues Second Tenure | Apr 2025 – Mar 2026    •   Rejoined Regina Miracle Vietnam to resume leading my former team    •   Continued driving operational support for multi-brand order fulfillment and critical issue resolution

As a Merchandising Director at Korrun group’s affiliated facility "Jiale," in Indonesia, I oversaw sales, development, and order management for segmented sports brands including adidas, and Puma. Korrun is a vertical manufacturing supplier, headquartered in Shanghai, China, with a global presence, supplying fabric, apparel, bag, luggage, and other travel gear for world-class brands.

I managed a merchandising team (order management team) at the Hong Kong company's China factory for the brand Esprit for approximately 3 years, from September 2008 until October 2011. Later, I moved to their Cambodia factory, working for approximately 5 years, from October 2011 until July 2016, where I oversaw order management for various brands, including Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Next, Marks & Spencer, Cortefiel/Springfield, Celio, Jichodo, World, and others. Amid my work at the Cambodia factory, I also took charge of subcontracting jobs and supervised a quality assurance team.

As head of the apparel department at the trading company, I oversaw all the functions of the department, including merchandising, quality assurance, and shipping. We sourced factories and traded with the brand Little Me.

At TAL’s Dongguan, China facility, I provided sample development and order management services at the factory for the brand Lands' End.

At Luen Thai’s Dongguan, China facility, I worked as an Assistant Merchandiser responsible for sample development for the brand Uniqlo (FR), following the completion of a 6-month merchandising training program provided by the company.
