Fashion Brand Manufacturer, streamline the manufacturing and business process by Gerber WebPDM, SAP B1 and CGS Bluecherry systems. • Work as a team lead/coordinator/trainer/project/hands-on functional manager with staffs to grow the company from 2 to 5 divisions. Report directly to C.O.O. and President to provide status with major progress. • Perform systems administration for CGS Bluecherry; Gerber WebPDM/Accumark/Accunest/PDS; SAP Business one; EDI; File; IIS/ASP.NET; SQL 2K5/2K8; based on Microsoft windows 2K3/2K8 SMB server AD/GPO/ISA environment. • Setup and coordinate with major trading partners (Macy’s/Bloomingdales/Nordstrom/Lord & Taylors/Neiman Marcus/Amazon/GAP/Garnet Hill, etc on EDI testing; process (832/850/810/855/856/860/UCC-128) and issues. • Assign daily/weekly/project basis tasks to Data entry/Programmers/Desktop support and review the status until completion. Work with staffs to resolve issues encountered; provide guidelines and trainings as necessary. • Customize and generate various sales/financial/customer/inventory reports from Bluecherry and SAP B1 for error checking; business analysis; and decision-making. • Coordinate with department managers to optimize the system functions and increase business process efficiency. • Develop web front end wholesale login based on ASP.Net and integrate with Bluecherry DB to provide updated seasonal inventory, linesheet, photos, color card information to increase the company sales. • Implement SAP B1 (manufacturing process control) and perform server consolidation on VSphere 4 environment.

• System administration and maintenance for Microsoft 2K/SQL 2K/Sage MAS 200 ERP/Email (Rackspace/Lotus Note)/FEDEX/UPS/ Symantec Corporate Anti-Virus servers. • Coordinated EDI setup from VAN provider (Inovis), Trustlink AS2 communicator, Mapadoc convertor and integration with MAS 200. Worked with trading partners (Avnet, Allied, Digikey) and project managers/contract manufacturer to perform testing/compliance check and order coordination. • Provided onsite/offsite phone/remote support to corporate and branch users on network (VPN/terminal service/Zonet, HP print server/NAS/Backup), software/hardware and IT related issues.

Coordinated with 45+ branch managers across the North America in preparation of AD/Exchange 2003 Systems upgrade and migration from Windows NT and Exchange 55. Project lead of 5 supports; created instructions; migrated users’ account/profile/mailbox; troubleshoot issues occurred during migration. Edited reports at the completion; signed off from the project manager; prepared documentation for external auditing. •Extensive experience on circuit cut-over and server systems relocation. Coordinated with Telco to test; turn up circuits. Applied changes on Cisco routers/PIXs/ASAs. •Configured site-to-site VPN secured tunnels among devices (router/PIX/ASA/concentrator/Fortygate/Sonicwall) per circuit requirement (multi-link; per packet load balancing; PPPoE; frame-relay; point-to-point and etc). •Onsite/offsite support troubleshooting networking issues, utilized networking tools, such as Protocol Analyzer (Sniffers); Orion; Whatsup Gold; MRTG; and SNMP grapher to analyze data traffic. •Built ‘headend’ for several ISP locations including CA; NE; and AZ.
