Having attended multiple seminars and training sessions and recently completed online certification with the Center for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) and passed 2 exams, I am certified to do enrollments in the Federal Exchange or as they call it the Marketplace. We are working with a company out of Charlotte to make plans available in this area for individuals and small businesses and are confident that we can keep everyone compliant and avoid those troublesome taxes.
