Mike has more than 24 years of experience in Psychological Operations across the spectrum of operations, ranging from tactical to strategic. He conducted Psychological Operations in every conflict and contingency from Operation Urgent Fury to Operation Iraqi Freedom. He worked in varied venues, including battlefields, division, corps, joint and combined units, and U.S. Embassies worldwide. Projects ranged from crafting loudspeaker surrender appeals to radio, print and billboard mine awareness, anti-narcotics and counter-terrorism campaigns, to publicity of endangered species breeding programs. A training developer, Mike was an author of manuals, doctrine, and non-commissioned officer’s courses in his specialty. Leveraging his additional training in intelligence analysis, radio broadcasting and communications, computer repair and network operations, Mike also had key operational experiences in targeting, both kinetic and technical. Mike retired as a Command Sergeant Major, one of only seven in his specialty at that time.

Drawing from his varied technical and human factors experiences, Mike provides FRDA’s clients with specialized consulting in security, marketing and communications. His methods blend traditional approaches with emerging, convergent technologies to create innovative, unconventional programs for the most challenging environments on the planet. In pursuit of FRDA's client programs, Mike oversees the execution of micro-budget short-term and multi-million dollar long-term programs alike. These high-risk, high-payoff programs consistently exceed their expected performance, a notable achievement given the uncertain environments where they are implemented.
