Mike Spicer
Vice President of Transportation @ Tighe Logistics
About
At Tighe Logistics, I lead the transformation of our transportation division with a focus on operational excellence, strategic discipline, and customer‑centric execution. By applying deep expertise in supply chain and logistics management, I’ve driven meaningful improvements in efficiency, service performance, and client satisfaction—built on a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Forgotten Harvest, I guided the organization through one of the most challenging periods in its history. I led initiatives that more than doubled the number of people served during the COVID‑19 pandemic and integrated two distinct supply chains to dramatically improve the nutritional quality of food delivered. These experiences reflect my commitment to impactful leadership, innovative problem‑solving, and delivering results in complex, high‑pressure environments.
