- Responsible for Balkamp, Rayloc and Altrom Supply Chains as well as the categories of T&E and Retail throughout NAPA’s supply Chain - Leads vertically integrated diverse team of Supply Chain Managers, Demand Planners, and Buyers. - Responsible for $1.5B in annual purchases - Leads disaster recovery supply chain activities for NAPA. - Manages global supply chain for Balkamp, Rayloc, Altrom and NAPA. Closely collaborates with our supply chain counterparts in Asia.

- Led first vertically integrated supply chain team that managed Tools and Equipment. - Acted as a liaison between suppliers, operations, product department and sales, which greatly improved communication, inventory performance, customer satisfaction and sales. - Initiated similar vendor management processes to NAPA as I started with Balkamp.

- Developed real time vendor performance metrics and reporting. I implemented a shift from reactionary problem solving to proactive vendor management with the goal of a stable process with clear and direct communication. We meet regularly with our key suppliers to ensure a high level of repeatable performance. I conducted site visits with problem suppliers and have very successfully turned poor performing suppliers into top performing suppliers. - Developed and led efforts to work with our import suppliers on their performance. I conduct weekly/monthly calls to monitor and ensure our factories are performing as expected. Through these meetings, we target areas for improvement and measure our performance. Our suppliers have gone from the worst performing import GPC suppliers to among the best in the company. - Managed our 3PL partners and organized the freight unbundling initiative for Balkamp to reduce freight costs.

- Successfully launched the largest line addition in Balkamp history. Led a team of up to 50 all temporary employees to complete the project, which consisted of receiving and stocking in excess of 150 containers. This also includes building in excess of 50,000 assortments while insuring a high degree of accuracy. I then distributed the product to Balkamp operations, NAPA DCs, and stores. - Exceeded all expectations for how a product launch of this scale could be executed operationally

- Led a team of 7 Salaried Managers and over 300 hourly associates across multiple shifts inclusive of all areas of the warehouse. - With time studies, I developed work performance standards for key functions within the warehouse. I also used these same time studies to identify opportunities for process improvements. Created KPIs for key functions. - Developed predictive modeling tools to plan labor.

- Supervised cycle counting and slotting team as well as accounts payable positions. - Led improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy. - Significantly improved picking speed through improved slotting practices through the use of analytics.

- Developed and implemented the first replenishment program used within the warehouse. - Improved process flow within all areas of the warehouse. - Developed training program for key warehouse positions.
