 Partnered with agents, underwriting and claim department to tell the claim story.  Develop and deliver training programs to internal and external partners.  Developed and implemented third party administration oversight partnership. Responsible for oversight of TPA partnerships which consists of ensuring agents and policyholders received expected levels of service while providing authority at established benchmarks (i.e. coverage, reserve, settlement, surveillance, etc.). Established and rolled out to executive management team metrics to measure outcomes of TPA partnerships.  Work directly with claim managers and adjusters in three regions encompassing twelve states on high exposure claims, incurred values greater than $250,000. This entails initial and ongoing review and establishing a diary to track developments through out life of claim.  Responsible for development and implementation of quality assurance program.

 Pre-sale Claim liaison between the Claim and the Marketing departments.  Responsible for presenting the Claim story and value proposition to prospective clients and brokers/agents.  Balanced the service needs of external customers (brokers and agents) with the business requirements of internal customers (underwriters and marketers) all the while championing the service delivery of the claim department.
