- Oversaw and hired full-time staff, as well as additional freelance technicians for over 15 shows per year. - Interfaced with designer to integrate their vision into existing systems, coordinating with other departments for a cohesive event. - Implemented asset management and maintenance system.

- Served as Sound Designer and Engineer for all events, including theatre, film, and concerts. - Designed and installed new infrastructure for audio and video systems, to allow for current needs and future growth.

- Oversaw technical needs for all campus events, including lighting, sound, staging, rigging, and video. - Prepared schedules, drafting, and all documentation to efficiently run events. - Acted as designer and mentor for several theatrical productions every year. - Coordinated with outside vendors for rentals and production services.
