Responsible for all of the financial, administrative and risk management activities of the Company including global responsibility for the accounting, finance, corporate development, legal, HR and data center operations and Security functions of the company. Currently leading the integration activities of the Company into the EMC Federation.

Mike Provenzano served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Aspect Software. With nearly 20 years of software and high-tech experience, he had principal responsibility for Finance, Operations and Human Resources. In this role, Mike provided strategic financial direction for the company and oversaw all accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury, facilities and risk management activities. He also played an instrumental role in the company’s corporate strategy including its mergers and acquisitions activities. Under Mike’s direction, Aspect Software successfully merged with or acquired 12 companies with purchase price consideration of more than $1.3 Billion while continuing to maintain profitability. Mike also led the financing of more than $3 Billion through various credit facilities including revolving lines of credit, bank term loans and high yield bonds with 144A Registration Rights. Mike joined Aspect Software in 1999 as Corporate Controller. Prior to Aspect Software, he acquired a strong finance and accounting background at Arthur Andersen LLP as an experienced audit manager in the high technology practice.
