Performed engine overhaul to 100%, manufacturing skid, reading and interpreting engineered prints, designing and manufacturing hydraulic over mechanical cooling systems for compressors, rebuild to 100% natural gas compressors, run electric devices from control panel to end device.

Performed all mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs to include several hydraulic operated band saws up to 30 inches, hydraulically operated tables to move and feed pipe for desired cutting, several forklifts up to 30,000 pound lifts, overhead cranes, bridge cranes, cherry pickers, tractors and 18 wheelers.

Supervised Field Service Technicians to inspect, service and repair hydraulic and mechanical propulsion thrusters. Troubleshooting problems with customers or chief engineers. Monitored installation of new equipment to make sure properly completed and then a start up and commissioning process of the system to insure acceptable performance. Gathered materials needed for repairs from inventory and coordinated jobs while working with other technicians. Kept Project Managers informed to keep projects within budget.
