• Coordinate and lead several projects transferred to China from Austria in terms of project management, commercial agreements, knowhow training, customer audits, etc • Prepare enquiries and purchase key equipment from Europe in collaboration with local and Austrian Engineering • Prepare and update project plans, and supervise the project progress

• Set up the internal metrology department, translate and update documents regarding quality system and wok instructions • Organize and implement metrology activities, such as environmental control and frequent inspection on equipment • Support the Quality Department on related audits and qualification • Train new staff of Metrology and other related colleagues

• Facilitate and support COO on communication and project management with internal and external organizations; follow up with tasks and targets assigned from COO • Translate German and English files from Austria, and update to local documents • Support expatriates and experts from Austria on training, work, and daily arrangement
