01) Responsible for all site operation and resources provided on Site during execution of work. 02) Coordinate and resolve issues on site with Client, Architect, Consultant and NSC on day- to-day basis. 03) Monitor the site progress and report to Project Manager. 04) Ensures all works keep within schedule and timelines. 05) Attend Site Meeting or Progress Meeting with Project Manager. 06) Feedback and constantly updates Project Manager on Site activities. 07) manage project budget, provide value engineering to work scope and materials 08) Able to resolve design & technical issues on Site. 09) Accept and check all goods and materials deliver on site. 10) Coordinates & manage documentation and handles submission with building management office or relevant authorities. (E.g.; submissions of workers’ name list, application of pass, apply for Permit-to-start-work, submission of drawings etc.) 11) Taking of progress photos on site for Project Manager’s Weekly Update. 12) Provide direction and support to workers and sub-contractors. 13) Quality oriented. 14) Constantly monitor and report to Project Manager on issues related to site. 15) Ensure all deliverables are properly schedule and arrive on time. 16) QC the material or furniture in the factory with Factory Manager/carpenter before deliver to Site. 17) Coordinates the delivery of goods/material from factory to specific site and ensures goods receive in correct quantity and good condition. 18) Report to Project Manager 19) Attend company's weekly and fortnightly meetings

June 2012 – Feb2013 Responsibilities: To provides technical expertise and main support to the Construction Project Manager on electrical/auxiliary aspects of the work ensuring the proper and timely execution, monitoring, control and close out/acceptance of the project all in accordance with the Construction Project Management Plan (CPMP). 1. Project Management a. Responsible and focused on the technical details of electrical works of the project. b. Implements the Construction Project Management (CPM) plan for the project and ensure that the contractors and suppliers comply with the established procedure and instructions ensuring the expeditious implementation and timely delivery of the project. c. Supervises the progress of the project. d. Attend and conduct meetings. 2. Quality Management a. Inspects the electrical components of the project. b. Monitors the quality assurance and inspection works being conducted by the contractors’ quality control. c. Performs quality assurance and quality control on all works and materials of contractors and suppliers thru daily construction observation and inspection. d.
