The Precise Telehealth team provides medical, psychological, therapeutic, and social services organized by a nurse case manager. The goal is qualified, empathetic and well coordinated care to reduce complications, improve quality of care and reduce costs.

Develop Telepsychiatry and Telemedicine opportunities in the Long term Care Market

Developed a Telemedicine solution with the Optum team in Psychiatry for the Nursing Home market, engaging the largest chain in the country to pilot and then expand this service. Responsibilities included budgets, marketing, sales presentations, support procedures.

Telemedicine and disease management for chronically ill using video over multiple platforms including cell phone, stifled by carriers holding back on front facing cameras to launch for several years, then the cost of data plans.

Served as Chaplain to students and faculty at this private co-educational boarding school while my children attended.

Relying on the many years working in medical imaging and Telemedicine, Informed Care built systems that could engage the patient at home for care to the home. Engaged in a pilot with CMS (Medicare/Medicaid) for several years using a videophone as the appliance most elderly would accept. Computers were just too complicated.

Created a virtual Telemedicine company with the team after selling genesis. Installed in University hospitals, including the University of Virginia, where the company was purchased by MMS for $6M in stock.

Created one of the first PACS systems for radiology departments in hospitals as an IBM, working also with Dupont and Kodak. Marketed with IBM, in the European, Latin American and Asian markets. Sold this business to Imlogix.
