Lead a Global Logistics Team to plan, implement, and execute a customized delivery plan for Plug Power cargo worldwide with the highest levels of safety, compliance, service, cost efficient transportation, and coordination. Develop the vision and strategic plan of moving Plug Power product world-wide. Responsible for developing a cross-trained Logistics, Customs, and Trade Affairs team, building robust processes capable of absorbing significant volume increases, and enhancing Logistics, Customs, & Trade affairs related communications. Provides an important service to Plug Power by coordinating and analyzing all modes of transportation for both international and domestic shipping, customs, providing support in the efficient securement of necessary equipment, parts, and components in support of the Plug Power Purchasing and Project Management Teams, and other critical business functions.

Lead materials organization responsible for research shops, shipping & receiving, global logistics, material handling and facilities stockrooms as well as additional strategic initiatives including recycling, inventory control, and energy efficiency projects.
