Manage 40 agent locations in delivery network. Train office admin, warehouse staff, and drivers on new customer SOPs. Conduct OSHA warehouse audits and review customer metrics with agent management. Enforce account compliance for operational success.

Operations Management - Regional Field Management (Southwest) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by working with clients and support staff to communicate on time reporting of metrics used to evaluate performance. Partner with Network Carriers, Network Carrier Support team, and Hub Operations to identify areas of improvement. Communicate recommendations and support implementation of process improvements. Research and analyze standard operating procedures to identify and recommend areas of improvement. Provide systems training for communicating order status to insure accurate and timely updates. Ensure network carrier compliance with contractual obligations, including related administrative functions, systems updates, metrics reporting, and billing expectations. Enforce Exel’s contractor compliance requirements including updated USDOT and MC and insurance coverage. Provide systems and warehouse operations trouble-shooting for carriers within assigned region. Develop working relationships with network carriers at the owner/warehouse manager level. Conduct scheduled audits and inventories to maintain accountability. Investigate root causes for loss and damage claims processed by clients and implements corrective action to restore acceptable metrics.

Established working relationships with nationwide shipping agents by phone and email to transport freight for companies such as Williams-Sonoma, JC Penney, HON, and Office Depot. Insured agents follow standard operating procedures in order to preserve the client’s standards for quality delivery services by assisting shipping company employees. Act as liaison between shipping agents and clients to complete tasks in our inventory system, essential to timely and efficient deliveries. Troubleshot and corrected discrepancies in reverse logistics and providing crucial metrics for shipping agents to monitor and improve performance.
