Led all aspects of global supply chain, operations & quality assurance. Responsible for developing & implementing key operational insights, long-term Sales Inventory & Operations Planning, Lean manufacturing improvements, labor efficiency, machining productivity, and gross margin improvement.

Responsible for nearly 3000 operations associates at Tecomet’s 18 global medical device manufacturing facilities, producing implants, surgical instruments, and sterilization cases & trays, as well as components for the aerospace and defense industry.

Oversaw global supply chain and operations including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics for privately held company mounting comeback from downturn following mining super cycle. Reported to company president and represented company as Board Chairman on two joint ventures in China, and Board Director on joint venture in Chile. Sponsored global supply chain initiative to implement Gartner supply chain maturity model. Spearheaded cost reduction break through objective reducing cost per ton by 30% in three years.

Drove operations excellence for mining division, including six manufacturing sites in three different countries producing sand castings and large fabrications. Introduced process management and leader standard work discipline into daily routine of operations leadership team.

Led 800-employee aerospace investment casting company. Responsible for site P&L including annual budgeting and quarterly reporting to Board Chairman. Oversaw all functional areas including human resources, sales, engineering, operations, quality, and finance.

Led 100-employee aerospace forging company. Guided company through private-equity ownership transition from Carlyle to Oak Hill.

Oversaw five manufacturing plants and 850 employees producing over 850 fire rescue vehicles per year.

Directed integration of newly-acquired aluminum investment casting company. Responsible for site P&L and oversaw all functional areas.

Led fan case business unit with responsibility for fabrication, machining, and assembly. Achieved Bronze level in newly formed Pratt & Whitney ACE Program.
