Responsible for various cash handling activities including, checking, savings, money market and CD/IRA deposits and withdrawals. Prepared cash savings bonds, cashiers checks, money orders, and visa travel money/gift cards. Responsible for looking up account information for customers (balances, deposits, checks clearing, etc.), answering the phone appropriately and professionally, and opening and closing the bank. Preparing currency/coin orders for businesses, processing cash advances, accurately and efficiently balancing cash drawer, and cross selling bank products along with providing superior customer service.

Responsible for assisting customers on getting out on the Wisconsin River to enjoy a full day in the sun. I would greet each customer as they approached the dock with a warm welcome. I provided specific details in properly operating ski boats, pontoons, fishing boats, and wave runners. Responsible for relaying information about all safety precautions of boater safety. I also helped with basic maintenance on all watercrafts.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service with being efficient, friendly, attentive to detail, and communicating effectively with my coworkers and customers. Also assisted in hostessing, expediting, and running food for myself and my coworkers.
