I grew up moving between countries, learning early on that home isn’t a building. It’s the places that change you. That rhythm shaped my life. Four decades of travelling, working, guiding and listening to the world in all its wildness. I've been an award winning chef with Michelin Star experience. I am a globally exhibited wildlife photographer. I'm a bestselling author. I’ve worked in kitchens where half a dozen languages filled the air, taught English to students who gave me as much wisdom as I offered them, and built friendships across continents that still steady me. I’m a FGASA accredited guide, but more than the qualification, I’ve spent years learning how to read a horizon, a herd, a moment.
