I have extensive expertise in project management of the decoration of FMCG packaging, with a focus on colour management, artwork and reprographics, to support the success of regional and global pack designs. Having been based full time for a number of years at Procter & Gambles UK technical centre (LINC), I was centred within the P&G supply chain, following a defined print feasibility process, whilst managing pack decoration for large global haircare brands like Pantene, Head and Shoulders, Herbal Essences and the Skincare brand Olay. More recently I have managed pack decoration for a number of other Customers including The Body Shop and L'Oreal. Speed to market situations are becoming the norm for many companies and I enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects and delivering a pack print result that meets the Customers expectations in full, whilst managing out technical risks .
