After 21 years working in numerous commercial gyms, private studios and facility ownership, Mike decided it was time to direct his focus into creating a concierge based online business reflecting the current environment. I have strong opinions in promoting drug free sport, and also ethical personal training, along with no-nonsense results based training modalities.” Mike has strong anti-drug beliefs, reflected in his time competing in the World Drug Free Powerlifting Federation, and his certification as a UKAD Accredited Anti-Doping Advisor.
