• I have designed and built a comprehensive public works GIS network compiling data from GPS points, record drawings and field surveys that I personally collected. This system contains manholes, piping networks, fire hydrants, light poles, drains, valves, meter pits, back-flow devices, service lines, trees, park benches, etc. Each of these fixtures contain attribute data such as rim elevations, invert depths, pipe diameters, slopes, constructed material, condition of said structure based on annual inspections and any other pertinent information. • I am solely responsible for compiling and tracking of all sewer connections in the Local Improvement District (LID) roll book and the subsequent payments to the bank in a timely manner every quarter. • For much of my time with the city of Kuna I have managed the declining balance reports for all the sewer and water systems throughout the city. • I was instrumental in reviewing any Civil Engineering plans that are submitted to our city for approval. I followed those plans through the entire review cycle into Construction Plans and finalized them through the record drawings with the engineer of record. • I also manage the Kuna Municipal Irrigation System (KMIS) boundary, water rights acquisitions, water rights annexations, assessments in accordance with all applicable State laws, contracts with the underlying irrigation districts and the requirements of the Boise Project Board of Control (BPBC). • I designed several Capital Improvement Projects for the City from setting the budget, initial survey, CAD design work, construction staking and any record drawings to complete the infrastructure projects for our Irrigation systems, sewer system, potable water system and our fiber optic networks saving the City from hiring large Engineering firms and those associated costs.

• I was responsible for maintaining GIS data for Canyon County Development Services Department (DSD) and the County Assessor’s Office. • While with DSD I maintained a full Planner work load along with my GIS work load and successfully increased the Area of City Impact for a City for Homedale through the County Commissioners office. • The GIS component of this job required mapping for all land use hearings, custom map requests and helped in streamlining the Final Plat review process. • Upon request from the County Emergency Management office, I compiled a map book specifically designed to help First Responders navigate within Mobile Home Parks and RV Parks to help reduce response times, efficiency and mobility for the Emergency responders.

• Designed and engineered commercial, multi-family, and residential subdivisions ranging from 6 to 100+ lots throughout Northeast Wisconsin. • This included three-dimensional design of all utilities required, available and essential to the development • There was also significant soil research needed to ensure adequate drainage and minimal surface water runoff onto adjacent properties. • I also designed the road networks and any accompanying provisions such as parking lots, bridges, bypasses and intersections. • In addition to the computer design work there was also extensive research at the local city and county levels to retrieve all known deeds, easements, and encumbrances for developing properties to properly construct the boundaries to correspond with adjoining lands in the area.

• As Chief I was directly in charge of all the Intelligence Analysts within our Platoon which included 15-20 technicians, six portable GIS stations and three portable GIS trailers. • A portion of my duties included training of new personnel as well as the continual training of new techniques to the remainder of the Marines in the Platoon. • My paramount responsibility was to produce maps, diagrams and models in a timely and effective manner and in a way that best suited our clients’ needs; as well as the ability to present those results to our clients albeit Company Commanders, Commanding Generals, Naval Commanders, Foreign dignitaries or Joint Foreign Military Commanders. • As a Topographical Intelligence Specialist, I was assigned to a two-man Special Operations team and deployed aboard the USS Peleliu to the Persian Gulf, Polynesia, Southeast Asia, Australia and Micronesia. • We Produced products for all branches of the Military as well as for hosting foreign countries, Embassies and other Government agencies. We produced a variety of maps and imagery product for, security details, gas and oil platforms, ship floor plans, building and compound configurations, cross country mobility routes, evacuation routes and beach analysis for amphibious landings. • Prior to deployment I played a significant role in developing a new $250,000-dollar Remote Replication System (RRS) with the cooperation of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGIA) and the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Co. (3M); this system greatly improved the speed and capabilities of our deployed Marines throughout the World. • Tasked with mapping duties for both state side and foreign exercises. Including a short deployment as a Team Leader to South Korea to support military operations in that region.
