I worked as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment across the Business Support space, partnering with both global and national organisations across a range of commercial industries. In this role, I build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. I support clients throughout the full hiring lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact and market advisor. I proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, job advertising, talent pooling, and internal databases, and manage the full candidate journey from initial screening and interviews through to reference checks, visa checks, and skills assessments. I’m responsible for matching candidates to the right opportunities, presenting shortlists, coordinating interviews, and managing feedback to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates. I also oversee onboarding for temporary placements, including compliance, contracts, and inductions. Alongside delivery, I stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide informed, relevant advice.
