Mikaela Gardner

Im currently a college student looking for ways to expand my knowledge and skills to lead in a work environment while maintaining a healthy work/school balance. Furthering my current education in Industrial Design combined with previous work experience has given me a great foundation of knowledge and skills. I learn new technologies quickly and apply those abilities to improve the work I do. Additionally, I'm most proud at being attentive to detail, ability to adopt change and skilled with Microsoft Office. I have a resourceful approach to problem-solving, tackling challenges head-on and consider obstacles with learning experiences. I'm a hard worker with high energy and a lot of ambition.
