• Review Information Security policies, IT strategy and governance benchmarking against: ISO 17799/27001:2005, Internal IT risk assessment frameworks, CBK guidelines and industry practice. •Review of the Journals completeness, integrity and availability of automated application controls (preventive, detective and corrective controls) using Alteryx tool. •Review of ITGCs across 4 domains; Access to programs and data, Change management, Computer operations and Program development management •Technical review of underlying infrastructure across Operating Systems (Unix, Linux and Windows systems) and databases (MySQL ,SQL, DB2, Sybase and Oracle) •Inspection of data center management controls to ensure completeness, integrity and availability of processed data from secure physical infrastructure supporting business operations •Proactively identify other areas of business initiatives and changes in the business environment and assess their impact on the business control environment

• • Providing an efficient high quality IT support service to the users of the Organizations PC’s and corporate computer systems. • Maintaining and administering network server and call center environments including systems software, applications, hardware, and configurations. • Negotiating with Hardware suppliers, following up with Network service providers, troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving software/hardware issues. • Managing and repairing hardware devices, managing Asset’s replacement movements. • Liaising with technical support agencies and external suppliers (hardware and software) as appropriate, to report problems that could not be resolved locally, and implement recommended solutions. • Logging calls on the Organization IT Service Desk system, and manage tickets escalated at the right SLA. • Actively participating in the implementation of the Organization’s IT Projects, pilots and trainings to end users. • Negotiating and Managing vendors and technology services providers. • Managing Microsoft365/Azure directory system, user accounts and dealing with password setup issues. • Provide technical reports, support, and monitoring of all system projects under the Pulse feature development. • This may involve cross-site and off-site working and will include, but • not restricted to: o Configuring PC’s / servers / IT hardware maintenance and Repair o Install network components. o Install software on PC’s/servers, operating systems.

• Review Systems and Processes compliance performance, produce any related business Analysis case with findings, risks analyzed and recommendations to Management for mitigation improvements. • Proactively proposes recommendation plans when gaps are noticed especially ERP/Pulse/, operational Business cases. • Customizing New Business processes design, analyzing improvement reengineering and projects implementation while providing feedbacks for improvement. • Identify which areas and what Retail Teams need training by assessing their understanding on both processes and system tools. • Carrying out refresher/trainings to Field teams to ensure shops are implementing the right activities of their roles to eliminate errors as early as possible • Analyze and test systems issues raised by the shops while giving them support or escalating unresolved issues to the management for customer satisfaction. • Help Desk Tickets management system support to different departments, analyzing them and giving operational support while meeting KPIs & SLA • Field spot checks evaluating shops’ performance, coaches for improvements. • Quarterly operational audits (Shop Managers, Retail supervisors, Shop Technicians, Call Centre, and DC Team) assessing risks and reports with recommendations.

• Daily update of the groups E-commerce systems, to allow consumers to purchase tickets online as well as shop online • Collect and update web content, data loading, maintain site content where appropriate and supervision • Initiate and develop marketing programs, implementing online security and coordinating marketing efforts • Initiate and coordinate social media initiatives (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) •Manage E-Commerce Shipments for online shopping purchases •Formulate E-commerce operational plans to achieve business goals, policies, and internal controls to optimize the use and effectiveness of E-commerce sites. • Manage relationships with 3rd party partners(SITA)
