I have always been fascinated by technology - not just the code behind it, but the way it can solve real problems for real people. That curiosity, combined with a drive to grow beyond the boundaries of a single role, is what led me to co-found EADX.My career started at Nevexis, where I joined as a junior software engineer and was promoted to team lead within just over two years. That fast progression taught me two things: technical depth matters, but so does the ability to listen, understand problems, and bring people together to solve them. I then expanded my experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Costimize, before taking the leap to build something of my own.Since 2021, as Co-Founder of EADX, I have focused on enterprise integration and modernization architecture - helping organizations connect, transform, and scale their technology systems. I combine software engineering expertise with people management, a practical approach to presales and client relations, and the calm, analytical mindset needed to make good decisions under pressure.At EADX, I am responsible for shaping technical strategy, leading our engineering team, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. I take pride in creating an environment where engineers can do their best work, where problems are understood deeply before solutions are built, and where every decision is grounded in both technical knowledge and business reality.My goal is to continue scaling EADX - taking on more clients, growing the team, and expanding the impact of the solutions we build. I believe the best technology companies are built by people who never stop learning, and I try to live that philosophy every day.
