-Assist the 3D Engineer at design and discuss if the design it’s feasible in the car. Check the drawing releases with the 3D Engineer so that the drawing meets the CAD. -Raise and implementation of Aptiv ECRs(driven by plant issues or JLR ECR) -Raise of JLR ECR for issues discovered. -Ability to use JLR software tools-DigiBuck,JLR ECR system,AIMs system,DT. -AIMs responsible for Power Cables. -Solving the issues related in Aptiv plant through internal system ECM system. -Raise of rework ECRs as first countermeasure to AIMs issues. -Liaise with the circuit Engineers and advise in case circuits need updates. -EDS Aptiv Build support for power cables harnesses in JLR early builds and in plant builds, but also in Aptiv plants. -Get into Aptiv plant Skype meetings to provide assistance regards the ECRs,Bill of Materials,new changes that are coming and needs implementing.

EDS Harness Engineer-Leoni UK at JLR base. -I am responsible with transforming 3D virtual designs and models into fully-engineered power cables harness product with CAPH & XC software .Projects that I have worked on are XF,XE,XFSportsBrake,Velar,F-Pace and China XE and XF. -Assist the 3D Engineer at design and discuss if the design it’s feasible in the car.Check the drawing releases with the 3D Engineer so that the drawing meets the CAD. -Raise and implementation of Leoni ECRs(driven by plant issues or JLR ECR) -Raise of JLR ECR for issues discovered. -Ability to use JLR software tools-DigiBuck,JLR ECR system,AIMs system,DT. -AIMs responsible for Power Cables. -Solving the issues related in Leoni plant through internal system Omnitracker system. -Raise of rework ECRs as first countermeasure to AIMs issues. -Liaise with the circuit Engineers and advise in case circuits need updates. -EDS Leoni Build support for power cables harnesses in JLR early builds and in plant builds, but also in Leoni plants. -Get into Leoni plant webex meetings to provide assistance regards the ECRs,Bill of Materials,new changes that are coming to be implemented.

I am responsible with the cable electrical design of the Renault engines(X91,X81),Maserati seats harness(M156,M157); -conceiving the harness cable drawings in Capital Harness for manufacturing; -defining and managing the the Bill of Materials(BOM); -RFQ-the quote of the product,of the harness cable; -implementing the different changes that can occur on the product(drawing)(Fiche Cout Modification)(Product Change Request); -I make the proposal to the Lead Unit for the DFM; -ciphering the PCR/FCM resulting the BOM difference of labor time and costing price; -making the request for new components(MRF-Material Request Form) and investments of tooling (ERF-Equipment Request Form); -fills up the fesability in the CMTS(Change Management Tracking System); -verify the PCR/FCM and I am making the fesability together with the departments (quality,logistics,industrial,production); -I am receiving Technical Deviation(Fiche Init/Release/Concern),modification of the Data Base (CapH) and existing design drawings or creating new design families; -together with the process engineer,quality department and production,of prototypes approval (PSW-Part Submission Warranty); -I am preparing the documentation for the spare parts,monitoring and finding solutions for the problems in the prototype stage; -I am sending technical information to the other departments regarding the investments of components,new tools,new fixtures; -I am making requests GPN for new components(Global Part Number); -participating to the PFMEA meetings (AMDEC process); -be in contact with the Process Engineers,Quality,Testing Engineers,Lead Unit; -working under the Six Sigma standars and we have implemented the Kaizen methods of improvement;

I'm Electronic Engineer and in a Belgium company as Project Leader. -Production environment experience in Electronics factory -Project's execution (full turnkey) according to the client's specifications -Execution of the documentation for production(assembly of electronic boards documentation).I am making the documentation of how the electronic components should be mounted on the PCB:which components should have the terminals cut to a specific dimensions,which components should be mounted first,how the board should be soldered in wave or manual. -Uploading the BOM in Oracle data base. -Working with the CAM3.50(PCB coordinates of SMD components export for the assembly on the SMD NXT machine.) -Preparing of the testing documentation,of how the test should be performed.Preparing the testing background with the testing equipment. -Time quotation of the product -Work Flow of the product and Technology setup for manufacturing. -Personal schooling of people in production about the new project's implementation and the modification that accurs on the projects. -SMD pick and place technology experience(FUJI_NXT),Work experience with Circuit boards, SMD components,IPC-A-610,SMD soldering,programming of the NXT SMD machine with Fuji Flexa software -Products Testing setup and documentation according to the product’s testing. -Working for clients like Qualitrol,CMI,Automatic Systems,Prodata,Technotrade, -8 months experience on the project of the Electrostatic Speaker Technology and Production in the Netherlands.
